VIII. LAW ENFORCEMENT AND JUSTICE

We believe justice is grounded in personal rights and individual responsibility in balance with public safety. Equal, unbiased enforcement of current law encourages compliance and reduces unnecessary litigation.

  1. We oppose all surveillance and data mining of American citizens by the government without a proper warrant.
  2. We oppose any law (Administrative Law) not created by legislative action.
  3. We uphold efforts towards substantive tort reform.
  4. We support equality before the law and oppose granting special privileges to identity groups.
  5. We support strict laws to eliminate human trafficking and encourage severe prosecution of traffickers.
  6. We advocate original intent interpretation of the Constitution, as amended.
