During on our upcoming meeting on Thursday, June 20th, we will be voting to adopt new ByLaws as a whole document.
After the May meeting, the committee was informed of and provided a copy of the Committee's founding constitution.
This constitution was not available to the ByLaws Committee when the new proposed ByLaws were written.
